Q: About AC3 format:
All Android projectors support AC3 format, but some models need download some special video app, such as “kodi”. If you only need AC3 format function, no need android, there are only part projectors support AC3 format, such as “GM60”, “Everycom X7s”, some projectors maybe same appearance with our projectors, but isn’t same chips, please note the brand before place order.

Q: ATV projectors don’t have sound.
Because TV standard of each country is not same, so when you received your projector and switched to TV source, Video is normal but no sound, you can set your projector according to the Tv and projector mode output & input . Menu guidelines will sent to you
Q. When I open the projector and heard big noisy.
Please check if the fan of the projector is struck by debris.
Q: How to remove the dust in the lens.
Small dust may be easily getting into projector from the exhaust port during transportation and daily usage. This is a phenomenon may happen which is not the quality problem of the machine itself. Slight pat the projector to let the dust-out. If still can’t, You can open the projector to clean LCD screen.
